Food And Diet

A healthy person is one whose doshas are balanced, whose tissues are functioning normally, whose appetite for food is good and whose body, mind and senses remain filled with bliss.

Food is life and sacred. The act of eating is a direct communion with the mother nature’s divine energy. It nourishes our body, mind, senses and spirit.

We hope to inspire a deeper exploration into your true inner nature. Ayurvedic diet is provided to all in patients, monitored by an in-house dietitian catering to the specific individual needs. Ayurvedic cooking nourishes each ‘dosha’ (humour) and helps in maintaining the balance of overall constitution.

Prakriti (Unique constitutional analysis) will be done to all the inpatients and diet is advised as per the prakriti of the individual.
